Every step we take at Saratoga, we consider in the context of three things:

Expertise

  • We can’t be everything to everyone.

    Expertise is gained by solving similar problems over, and over, and over again. We focus on Millennial and Gen X clients because:

    • They face similar issues.

    • They’ve historically been underserved by our industry.

    • Getting a financial plan in place early makes everything much easier down the road.

    When we don’t have the expertise to solve your problem, we’ll be the first to let you know.

    That process starts from your first consultation, where we’ll explain whether you’re a good fit for our services, and when we might need to bring in a trusted, third-party expert.

Transparency

  • Our primary job is to understand your financial goals, and to help you meet them. We can’t possibly do that without you knowing us as well as we know you.

    Why? Trust.

Access

  • Our relationship with our clients is a partnership. Your financial life is just about as personal as it gets, and nothing we do on your behalf should be a secret.

    Saratoga has been leveraging technology for over 30 years to provide an exceptional experience for our clients. A big part of that today is our ability to give you access to the tools we’re using to provide our services to you.

    We know some clients don’t have much interest in how the sausage is made. With those types of clients in mind, we always provide simple, summary reports of our services.

    We also know some clients want as much access and information as they can possibly get. We’ve got you covered, too.
